Technical product visualization and simulation
Visualizations
Today, visualizations can be created on the computer using visualization programs. For the most different tasks there is a wide range of programs available, for this I mainly use KeyShot, SimlabComposer and Solid Works. 3D visualizations are becoming increasingly important in companies and are no longer used exclusively for advertising purposes. In sales, in distribution for internal presentations, for product development and in PR and public relations visualizations become more and more important. In order to make the visualizations available to the entire company and also to external partners and suppliers, the media, once created, are prepared for a wide range of applications (print, web, video, etc.). And all this is already possible while the products are still in the planning or production phase. Image elements or entire image worlds are artificially created or integrated into real images.

Simulation

Definition: What is "simulation"?
A reproduction as close to reality as possible of events in reality.
These can be simulations of material stresses in components, force curves of drives and much more.
Below are some examples with Solid Works.
Example of force progression of a linear drive in a lift with tilt function, such as those used in electric wheelchairs.
Example Simulation of material stresses in components.
Example simulation of a swivel device on a birth chair
